Hospice RN (7-on, 7-off)

Continuum Hospice is currently seeking a Full Time 7on-7off On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Work Schedule:Mon - Thurs 4:30PM - 8 AM, Fri 4:30PM - Mon 8AM

Pay: Approx. $135k annually with pay differentials paid hourly; may vary with hours worked.

• • Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from a program accredited by the National League for Nursing; OR
    • One (1) year experience as a professional nurse within the last three (3) years.
  • Hospice/home health experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR.
  • Possess and maintains current CPR certification.
